The Rockwood National Education Association (RNEA) is a local affiliate of Missouri National Education Association and National Education Association. We serve certified educators in Rockwood School District, located in St. Louis county. We advocate for our students through the representation and support of our teachers, whose voice in district decision-making ensures the instructional environments and conditions are best suited for all students’ success.

Strong membership and work of the Association over the years have resulted in a robust collective bargaining agreement with Rockwood School District. The influence of the Association is highly valued; so much so that our most recent certification election required by HB1413 resulted in a turnout of 1322 certified staff voting in support of our role.
